Further Photos from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic US Lawmakers

Site plans for the financier's secluded Caribbean island included in the photographs.

Furthermore included in this new document drop is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.

Visible on the plan is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.

This development map is marked up in red pen markings and contains a key identifying various areas of the estate.

Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as plans for marina coverings.

Further images released as part of the continuing oversight release.
